Shaun Cavanaugh, PMP

Project Manager

Shaun is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in public safety and the private sector. Shaun began his public safety career with Sagadahoc County Communications where he worked as a telecommunicator, and then as a Police Officer with the Bath Police Department.

Shaun left law enforcement in 2016 and began working with Motorola Solutions as a Spillman Flex application specialist. He traveled the country training public safety agencies on how best to utilize their public safety software. After a couple of years, Shaun moved into a Spillman Flex implementation project manager role, where he successfully led projects focused on improving emergency response software. His responsibilities included project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions. Most recently he worked as an ECC Engagement Manager with RapidSOS. As an engagement manager, he leveraged his background in public safety to foster meaningful collaborations with hundreds of public safety agencies. He engaged with customers, facilitated training programs, and contributed to the development of innovative solutions aimed at improving emergency response. He brings a wealth of experience, and his journey has equipped him with a unique blend of public safety expertise and project management proficiency.

Shaun is PMP certified and holds a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

Shaun and his wife, Elizabeth currently live in Utah and enjoy outdoor activities and spending time making memories with their three daughters.
