Director of Technical Operations
Bob comes to us with 35 years of Public Safety experience, including 18 years in the software industry with applications for Law, Fire and EMS agencies, 11 years in dispatch center operations, and dedicating time in his community as a volunteer firefighter, currently serving as Assistant Fire Chief.
Bob has extensive experience in the Public Safety industry. He has created and performed large, complex software presentations, handled installations, and provided training to responders and administrators within numerous departments around the country. Additionally, he frequently collaborated with software developers and customer agencies on product direction for such critical products throughout the US and beyond.
