There are a couple of things we wanted to do with the “Get to know us” section of our website.  We wanted to show that we can relate to our clients from our own personal experience working in public safety, which hopefully is apparent.  We also wanted to differentiate ourselves with our experience working for many years at public safety providers for technology.

What difference does that make?  This gives us an insight into how public safety providers work that most consultants will not have.

 That is what Larry and I have done, going back as far as 1996.

We know sales margins; we understand how support works; we understand how implementations are approached, from the vendor perspective.

It is a wealth of knowledge that we really desire to share with agencies to help them safely choose a provider, have a contract that protects their investment, as well as helping them through the project implementation life cycle.

This is how we got to the point of starting our own company. We want to help you make the right choices, whether you are looking for a new CAD or RMS system, a new radio system or replacing a 911 phone system.
