Cheryl is an energetic, trusted, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager with a talent for leading by example and inspiring peak performance. She is accomplished leader known and respected for leading successful change in projects and building credibility with executive teams and staff. Cheryl is a solution driver with expertise in managing complex projects alongside multiple concurrent projects.

She has implemented over 100 projects across the country to include computer aided dispatch, rms, mobile, jail management, complex data conversions, various interfaces, and reporting/analytics. She has extensive experience in change management, risk mitigation, communication planning and driving group engagement. She is PMP certified and has over 10 years’ experience.

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, being active, spending time with her nieces and nephew and rooting for her Boston sports teams.
